Who runs geodeck?
geodeck ("we", "us") operates geodeck.icu and provides GEO/SEO automation tooling – auto-generated llms.txt files, a Markdown Mirror, and an Instant Ping service that notifies search-engine and AI-crawler endpoints about content changes.
What data does geodeck collect?
- Account data: email address (via Supabase Auth) and an optional plan tier.
- Domain data: hostnames you register, CMS type, generated webhook secrets, and DNS-verification tokens.
- Content metadata: URLs, page titles, summaries, and (for Agency) cached Markdown bodies of pages we mirror at your request.
- Operational telemetry: ping logs (timestamp, target URL, provider, HTTP status) and per-domain monthly counters held in Redis with short TTLs (35 days for monthly counters).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only the Stripe customer/subscription IDs returned by Stripe – never card numbers.
How does geodeck use your data?
- To operate the service (authentication, indexing, mirroring, pings).
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in, billing receipts).
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Which sub-processors does geodeck use?
- Supabase - auth + Postgres database (EU region).
- Infrastructure - VPS hosting, Redis-backed rate limits + counters + async jobs, DNS-over-HTTPS.
- Stripe - payments and subscription billing.
- Google & IndexNow endpoints - destinations of outbound URL pings you trigger.
How long is my data retained?
- Account & domain rows: until you delete them or close the account.
- Ping logs: 90 days, then deleted.
- Redis quota counters: 35 days.
- Markdown bodies: until the page is deleted via webhook or domain removal.
What are my GDPR rights?
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing . Closing your account deletes all associated rows within 30 days.
Does geodeck use cookies?
We use only first-party cookies strictly necessary for authentication (Supabase session). No analytics or advertising cookies.
