Terms of Service
Last updated: April 28, 2026
1. What is the service?
geodeck (geodeck.icu) provides automated GEO/SEO infrastructure: generation of llms.txt and llms-full.txt, a Markdown Mirror, and outbound URL pings to third-party search engines and AI crawlers. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. How do accounts work?
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and webhook secrets confidential. One account per person/organization unless otherwise agreed.
3. What is acceptable use?
- You may only register domains you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Ownership is verified via DNS TXT challenge.
- No use to index spam, malware, illegal content, or content infringing others' rights.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempts to bypass plan limits or signature verification.
4. How do plans and billing work?
- Solo: €19/month – 1 domain, up to 500 pings / month.
- Agency: €59/month – 5 domains, up to 10,000 pings, AI Rewrite.
- Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current period.
- EU consumers benefit from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period on the first purchase. Outside that window, refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to billing errors.
5. What service levels apply?
The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees during beta. Outbound pings depend on third-party endpoints (Google Indexing API, IndexNow) whose availability we do not control.
6. How does termination work?
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
7. What is geodeck's liability?
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. How can these Terms change?
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance.
9. What law governs these Terms?
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, EU. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vienna unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
